Flooring

Lifetime Warranty! Pressure treated 2' X 6' floor joists (16" on center), nailed and blocked, set on concrete block and leveled. (Not runners or skids set on the ground.) The foundation is then sheeted with 3\4 Sturdi-floor tongue and groove plywood. Remember, The Integrity Of Your Building Lies Upon Your Subfloor!

Framing

Studs, trusses, and rafters are 2" X 4" kiln dried premium grade lumber. Standard includes double top plate, headers over doors and windows, 2" X 6" ridge, collar ties and a 5/12 roof pitch.

  


Siding

Duratemp premium exterior siding. Duratemp is always 100% free and clear of patches. Duratemp is a genuine plywood siding with a tempered hardboard face. Duratemp resists rain, sun, dents, blisters, and lifting grain. Duratemp carries a 25 year manufacture's warranty! Duratemp is pre-primed and ready to paint.

Doors

Double doors or single door* (your choice) gives 4' wide by 6' high opening.** 6' wide and 8' wide openings available. Also, Dutch, steel entrance with lockset and deadbolt, canister rollups and sectional rollups. * All 8' wall sheds come standard with 6' 6" tall doors. * Doors can be placed nearly anywhere on the shed. ** Standard shed doors are fully framed with kiln dried lumber, plywood front and back, and a key locking door handle.

Roofing

The Roof is constructed with 1/2" CDX exterior grade plywood. Sheds & Swings rolls out a moisture proof felt which is used as a vapor barrier. 20 year composition roof shingles* are then applied. Your choice of colors.
